Our secure shopping cart will calculate your postage for you. You will have the option of UPS, regular mail or priority mail. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery once order is received, unless you elect priority mail service (usually 3-7 days for delivery upon receipt of your order). Approximately $5.00 will be added to the shipping and handling rates. Postage rates are also included on our printable order form above.
