The World of Noah

Noah-MapCenter-medium

The Bible says that Noah’s ark landed in the mountains of Ararat. While a specific mountain wasn’t identified, the largest mountain in the range – Mt. Ararat – rises 17,000 feet above sea level. This dormant volcano is the one most scholars believe to be the landing site of the ark. The mountain is located on the borders of Turkey, Iran and Armenia.
